Why Do We Turn Salt? the removal of "Bad eyes", "Nazar" or "Drishthi".

Why Do We Turn Salt???
As we were growing up, our parents, grandparents or other elderly people used to turn salt around our bodies. Most of us also know that this is for the removal of "Bad eyes", "Nazar" or "Drishthi"

But why and How?

Lets start with the body...
So the body is made up of 5 elements which are Earth, water, fire, air and ether.
The body also consists of 7 chakra points which are all aligned (If not it should be) which form the Kundalini.... So basically the body consists of "ENERGY" and also attracts and/or absorbs energy from people/forces/feelings/emotions around you.

When the body attracts negative vibrations and energies it then affects your being in many ways such as physical, mental, emotional and even your success.

The Salt is a very strong cleansing/purifying agent which is used to remove the negative energies from ones Aura and works like a magnet to the energy.

Many also use other items with the salt such as; Mustard seeds, hair, broomstick and dry chillies. All of these serve the purpose of removing negative energy.

One who is turning will also cross his or her hands at various points of the body in different ways (across) and then touch the ground each of the three times. This is very important as it is believed that negative energy is further absorbed into the ground.

Picture this like a magnet passing over a whole lot of little metal pieces and attracting it.

Without cleaning your aura, one may experience negative vibrations, depression, pessimism, ill-health, fatigue, sleep disorders and many more.
